The Transitional Living Program (TLP) is a component of the Violence Intervention Project, Inc.  It is designed to address short-term housing needs and provide support and advocacy for women and children who have been affected by domestic violence or sexual assualt.  The program provides participants the opportunity to work towards achieving personal goals that promote independence and recovery from abuse.  The TLP is not an emergency shelter or safe home.  If you need emergency shelter, please call 920-837-2424 or 920-487-2111 and we will assist you in finding shelter or follow the link www.endabusewi.org​.

Applicants of this program should be:
  • Women and children who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless due to domestic violence or sexual assault
  • Out of immediate danger
  • Someone who will benefit from a structured, goal oriented program that facilitates a transition to independent living
