Want to build your self-confidence? Learn how to be safe and defend yourself, how stop violent assaults and prevent attacks, how to become aware of your surroundings, and how to deliver fast & simple Tae Kwon Do Techniques for Self-Defense. Beginners welcome!
 
Training includes how to avoid dangerous situations, talk, walk or run away from dangerous situations.  Hands-on drills using palms, elbows, knees and kicks.  Learn how to get out of grabs, chokes and head locks.  We will utilize targets, boards, partners and other training devices.
 
Wear loose fitting clothing (sweat pants, t-shirt, tennis shoes). Do not wear jewelry.
